1. Who we are

STREAMZ VENTURES LTD is the controller of personal information collected through Streamzcape, including the Streamzcape mobile app, the Streamzcape website, customer support, and related services.

Streamzcape is a mobile streaming app for independent film, series, music and related bonus content. Users can browse content, create an account, sign in with email, Google or Apple, rent or buy eligible content, stream protected media, save playback progress, manage devices, set notification preferences, and update account details.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, password credentials handled through our authentication provider, and date of birth where provided.

  • Profile details: profile image, language and viewing preferences, video quality settings, notification preferences, and other account settings.

  • Support information: messages, screenshots, device details, and other information you send when asking for help.

  • Purchase information: purchase or rental records, product IDs, transaction IDs, purchase dates, content purchased or rented, price, currency, platform, refund or cancellation status, and related app store information. We do not store full payment card details.

We collect information automatically when you use Streamzcape, including:

  • Device and session information: device ID, device type, access token timestamps, login time, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and signed-in device history.

  • Usage information: content you view, content URL requests, playback position, content availability checks, search or browsing activity, and interactions with app features.

  • Technical information: app version, operating system, crash or error information, network information, security events, and fraud or abuse signals.

  • Website information: pages visited, referring pages, device/browser details, and cookie or similar technology data.

We may also receive information from third parties you choose to use with Streamzcape, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, app stores, email/SMS providers, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, and content delivery or DRM providers.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide the app, website, accounts, authentication, streaming, purchases, rentals and customer support;

  • verify email addresses and phone numbers;

  • manage sessions, signed-in devices, account security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention;

  • provide access to free, rented, purchased or otherwise eligible content;

  • save playback position and viewing preferences;

  • process profile updates, password changes, email changes, phone number changes and account deletion requests;

  • send transactional messages, security messages, verification codes, service updates and support replies;

  • send optional marketing, product updates, new-content alerts, surveys, special offers and feature tips where permitted by law and your preferences;

  • understand app performance, content performance, purchase/refund activity and aggregate usage trends;

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with trusted service providers where needed to operate Streamzcape, including:

  • cloud hosting, database, content delivery, media processing and DRM providers;

  • authentication, email and SMS providers;

  • Apple, Google and app store payment providers;

  • RevenueCat or similar purchase infrastructure providers;

  • analytics, logging, crash reporting and fraud prevention providers;

  • professional advisers, regulators, courts or law enforcement where required or appropriate.

When you use Apple or Google sign-in, those providers process information under their own policies as well as ours. When you make an in-app purchase, the relevant app store and payment provider process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. International transfers

Streamzcape is operated by a UK company but may be used globally. Some service providers may process information outside the UK or your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, provider security commitments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Typical retention periods include:

  • Account information: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure, unless longer retention is required for legal, security, dispute or accounting reasons.

  • Purchase and transaction records: retained as required for app store, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support and legal purposes.

9. Children

Streamzcape is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact apps@streamzcape.com.

1. These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the Streamzcape website, mobile app and related services. By using Streamzcape, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Streamzcape.

2. About Streamzcape

Streamzcape is a streaming app focused on independent film, series, music and related bonus content. The service may allow users to browse content, create an account, sign in, manage profile settings, rent or buy eligible content, stream content, save playback position, and receive optional notifications.

We are launching with a focused early slate. The catalogue, features, territories, formats, prices and availability may change over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use Streamzcape. You are responsible for your account, credentials and device access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not share your account in a way that breaches these terms, bypasses purchase restrictions, defeats rights management or gives unauthorised access to paid content.

4. Content access

Content may be free, available to signed-in users, available to rent, available to buy, or available only if you meet another eligibility rule. Some bonus content may require purchase of linked content.

Rentals are available only for the rental period shown at purchase or in the app. Purchased content is intended to remain available through your account, but availability may be affected by rights, territory restrictions, app store rules, technical issues, legal requirements or removal by rights holders.

We may use DRM, signed URLs, cookies, tokens and other security measures to protect content access.

5. Purchases, rentals and prices

Purchases and rentals made in the mobile app are processed through the relevant app store or payment provider. Prices, taxes, currencies and payment methods may vary by country and platform.

When you start a digital stream or download, you may lose the automatic 14-day cancellation right that can otherwise apply to some digital content purchases under UK or EEA consumer law, where you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that loss of cancellation rights through the app store or purchase flow.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refund handling depends on where and how you purchased. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy below. App store purchases may need to be requested directly through Apple or Google. We can help troubleshoot delivery and access issues at info@streamzcape.com.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, download, capture, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform or otherwise exploit Streamzcape content unless expressly allowed;

  • bypass DRM, signed URLs, authentication, territorial controls, purchase checks or security features;

  • use bots, scraping, automated access or reverse engineering;

  • upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading profile content;

  • use Streamzcape for harassment, fraud, abuse, security testing without permission, or unlawful activity;

  • interfere with app performance, infrastructure, accounts or other users.

8. Intellectual property

Streamzcape, its branding, software, design, text, images, video, audio, metadata and other materials are owned by STREAMZ VENTURES LTD, licensors, creators or other rights holders. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Streamzcape for lawful personal entertainment use, subject to these terms.

No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Streamzcape available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, remove or change parts of the service for operational, legal, security, rights, commercial or technical reasons.

10. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for Streamzcape, infringed rights, abused the service, or where required by law or a platform provider.

You may stop using Streamzcape at any time. You can request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting apps@streamzcape.com.

11. Third-party services

Streamzcape may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple, Google, app stores, RevenueCat, cloud providers, analytics providers, content delivery services and creator or partner sites. Their own terms and policies may apply.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Streamzcape is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available in every territory, device or format.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, unauthorised account sharing, unsupported devices, app store issues, network issues, or third-party services.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country where you live.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Streamzcape uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and in the app. Similar technologies may include local storage, device identifiers, SDKs, pixels, tokens and other ways of storing or accessing information on a device.

2. Types of technologies we use

Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. App store purchases

Most Streamzcape mobile app purchases and rentals are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play or another app store/payment provider. Refund eligibility, timing and method may depend on the platform, country, purchase type and applicable law.

For Apple purchases, request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support.

For Google Play purchases, request a refund through Google Play. Google may handle some refund requests directly, and after certain time periods may direct you to the developer for help.

2. Digital streaming content

Streamzcape provides digital content that may be streamed shortly after purchase or rental. Under UK online-selling rules, if you agree to immediate access to downloads or streaming content and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right, you may lose the automatic 14-day cancellation right once streaming begins.

This does not affect statutory rights you may have where content is faulty, misdescribed, unavailable due to our error, or where applicable law gives you non-excludable rights.

3. Rentals

Rental periods are shown in the app or purchase flow. A rental may start immediately or, for pre-release content, when the content becomes available. When a rental expires, access ends unless you rent or buy the content again.

4. Purchased content

Purchased content is intended to remain available through your account, subject to rights, technical, territorial, legal, app store and platform limitations. We may need to remove or restrict content where required by law, platform rules, rights-holder instructions, security issues or service changes.

5. Access problems

If you paid but cannot access content, contact info@streamzcape.com with your account email, transaction ID or app store receipt, device type, content title and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, help restore access or guide you to the relevant app store refund process.
